I feel like this receptionist George is the best receptionist ever. He takes so much pride in his job, attention to detail and ensuring that everything goes extremely smoothly. My son - not an easy patient! George went above and beyond to help us- even calling to remind me of upcoming appointments and ensuring we had everything we needed, and called to check in after the surgery. I don’t do reviews but this guy deserves a pat on the back! Thanks George!

I was greeted right when I walked in. I was 20 minutes before my appointment time began and the staff were ready for me. The hygienist, Laurie, was great with my daughter from start to finish. It was her first time being at the dentist and both the dentist and Laurie put my daughter at ease and also involved her in their steps, so she was aware of what was about to happen/what to expect. Very encouraging, kept telling her she was brave, and that she was doing great. Great experience from start to finish!

My son came here or school really nervous he was shaking. You need to calm down with like a movie. There’s only songs really good but when you have a cavity a bleed a lot cleaning is good number one place and if you read the first part, they gave him a toy come here good they do a bunch of stuff I think it takes a long time it takes pressure. My teeth are like white after this never get your cavities here, but my son had two cavities and it has like three or two months and they already did another one. Can you give him a year? I don’t know why they give them so bad reviews really good in 2025

Their customer service is bare minimum standards- waited two months for an appointment for them to call 2 days before saying they won’t be able to see my children and either take it or leave it for an appointment either the following week or in a month. I am taking my kids elsewhere because I had to request off work for this appointment and I called another local dentist and they were able to get my girls in the following day without a two month wait ! The person who called out about the cancellation was rude there was no empathy that they had to reschedule an appointment that’s been scheduled since November of 2024
